These items use session storage and normally last for the browser tab’s session. Your browser may restore them when it restores a session.

owt_cookie_preferences_v1 stores your optional-review preference in local storage for up to six months. It is used only to remember this choice. Clearing your browser’s website data removes it.

Optional review content

The live Trustindex reviews widget loads only after you accept optional review content. Trustindex then receives connection information, such as your IP address and browser details, and its widget may use cookies or similar technologies. The selected reviews already displayed on our website remain available if you reject this option.

Payments

PayPal’s checkout service loads when you proceed to payment. Storage necessary to process your chosen payment, secure checkout and prevent fraud is separate from the optional reviews setting. PayPal may also offer its own privacy choices during checkout. See PayPal’s privacy statement.

Your choices

You can accept or reject optional review content without affecting your basket or checkout. Use Cookie settings in the footer at any time. If you withdraw consent after loading the widget, we reload the page to stop it running. This does not delete cookies already placed by a third party; you can remove those in your browser settings.

We deliver to the UK mainland. Door orders can also be delivered to the additional postcode areas listed in our delivery information.

Delivery is charged once per order. Accessories can be collected for free or delivered separately. For mixed accessory orders, the highest applicable delivery charge is applied once. Accessories ordered with flooring are included in the £72 flooring delivery charge. Flooring and worktop delivery is £72 per order anywhere within the UK mainland. Standard door delivery is based on the number of doors. Bifold-door systems and pocket-door systems cost £84 delivery. Door accessories are only available with a door and have no additional delivery charge. The standard Deanta delivery charge is capped at £84 before postcode surcharges. Any applicable postcode surcharge is calculated automatically before payment. For mixed orders, the highest applicable standard delivery charge is applied once, plus any Deanta postcode surcharge.

Our accessories are carried in stock and can be collected the same day. For all other items that are needed urgently please contact us prior to ordering. Collections can take up to 2 weeks if we need to bring the item into stock.
